Welcome to cowfish! We are a Pub, a hotel and a restaurant!
The founders at Cowfish are Gippsland locals that have grown up enjoying all the amazing offerings that are to be had in our incredible region. Having moved away and worked in many places across the globe, once family arrived it was a simple decision to return home and raise our young family at home, in Gippsland.

We prioritise seasonal produce that comes from our region of growers, makers and producers. Where we cannot, it needs to be independent and something special. Our region always has something special to offer, whether by land sea or even air.

Give Back Local
We actively engage in fundraising for our community. We support individuals, teams and good causes regularly and ensure that all good causes get a fair go. Each month we commit to help raise money for a new good cause. One way we do this is our commitment to donating a portion of our sales to do our little bit to say thanks to those causes for showing us what is possible in Gippsland!
